We can also negotiate on your behalf in matters relating to business obligations, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements and professional negligence.

- successful negotiation of estate litigation matters, including in circumstances where there was a fight between siblings over who would receive the late parent’s domestic residence.
Property Law Disputes
In relation to property law, we represent Landlords and Tenants in residential and commercial property disputes, from disputes over ownership and boundaries, possession and forfeiture, trespasser eviction and restrictive covenants and adverse possession.Our lawyers’ experience includes:
- a decision in relation to “unconscionable conduct” as that term is defined in the Retail Shop Leases Act and “key money”; and
- successfully resisting a Supreme Court Mareva injunction application brought in relation to net settlement proceeds of settlement where the client had claimed significant liquidated damages.
